Minister Pullicino meets the UN Secretary General
In his statement at the COP 14 High Level Segment on 11 December 2008, Minister George Pullicino, announced that Malta, as a result of acceding to the European Union, seeks to move into Annex I to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
